CAN'T HOT SYNC HANSPRING VISOR WITH WINDOWS XP

I have recently upgraded my PC from WINDOWS 98SE to WNDOWS XP. My HANDSPRING VISOR hot sync worked perfectly on 98 but won't work on XP. Can anyone help me , please.

don't know the software ur talking about--handspring--but ur version is probably not compatible with winxp--go to their website and and see if u can upgrade to winxp version

I'd follow ajmmac's advice - it is definitely feasible, because mine Hotlinks fine to XP. Unfortunately, I can't remember if I had to upgrade the software. I've certainly done so since buying my Visor! (Just thought - it may be a problem with XP's built-in firewall if you have it turned on).

Probably just a case of going to the web site and downloading the latest drivers.
