do these get rich quick scams actually work? there's one circulating at the mo that tells u 2 invest �3 and u can get back thousands just by sending out a few e-mails!! does anyone know anybody that has taken part in these and if they have been successful??

It is essentially pyramid selling - if you can find a lot of people to invest then yes it can work. When this first came about, I knew 3 girls who invested �3k each into this sort of scam, I know 2 of them got there money but bailed the other one out.

There is no reason for it not to work, but it takes time and normally fizzles out. Personally,. I would keep away.

If something seems to good to be true thats because it is.  There is no such thing as a get rich quick scheme unless you're a bank robber or Rebecca Loos.

If you send out 10 e-mails and each of the recipients forwards it to 10 different people and so on, after only 7 mailings, more than 11 million people will have received the message.

 

I don't think it will work, do you?

 

Doesn't the word 'scam' give you any clues at all?
