Techie help needed here please.

Miss Random's answers have re-appeared on the site, yet I can no longer post anything further using that name.

Cannot log into 'beta' as Ms Random as Miss Random is still logged in there and I cannot sign-out Miss.

Have been able to upload a piccie on Sports for Ms, yet as Miss lost all ability to upload piccie as the 4th icon was shown as 'no image'.

Am I to be a Ms forever?... or will I get Miss back one day? Can anyone that has been in the dungeon advise me please....?

Check your cap lock isnt on - that stumped me for days on Beta - seems to be case sensitive on name and password.

When pressing the log-out button I just go to default page, so don't think it's a capital problem.... seem to have two user names on the same computer logged in to the two AB sites...... think that's against the rules.... looks like I'd better pack a case for another spell in the dungeon!! lol

Think if I 'phone Richard I'll definitely get thrown in the dungeon.

(Missy) Ms, if you erase all your cookies and temporary internet files it should let you log in with the new name as it wont remember who you are signed on as ! (your pc that is, not AB). worth a try

How do I do that?

If I remove all cookies, does that mean all my passwords for other sites etc will be lost?

A bit stuck here... or like knobs says frucked!

If you choose TOOLS (from the top menu bar on your browser window), then INTERNET OPTIONS, then DELETE, and choose to delete the Temporary Internet Files, and the Cookies, it will be fine.

Sounds like you need to email the tech team honey and tell them your posts are late arrivals and you can't log in :-) xxx
