I want to fix my sister PC with remote access i know where the remote access is but need a little more help..
Can you explain a little more I'm using Windows XP

Windows XP has some great help built into it, have you tried looking in that ?

Open "Help and Support" and then search on "Remote Assistance" and it is all described there.

I THINK you can only do it from XP Profesional, although you can access her machine even if she is XP Home.
