Do you perspire when you bath or shower?

This question was asked on an old programme on BBC2 that Clive Anderson did back in early 1990's and this question has been driving round my head for a while now.

Do we perspire when we bath/shower?

You do when you're drying youself after a hot bath sometimes. Fore head at least. So you probably do, as your body is simply tryimg to cool you down through perspiration/evaporation. 'It' probably doesn't recognise you're hot because you're surrounded by hot water, if you know what I mean...

i definitely perspire in the bath. the bits which aren't immersed definitely are. and if my baths a bit too hot i can feel the perspiration eeking itself out, even underwater. i have no scientific proof or explanations mind

sure you sweat while in the shower, you dont feel it cuz you are already wet but you feel it as soon as you dry off. the best way to avoid this is either keep the water a bit cooler or turn it cooler just before you get out to cool yourself down. if you sweat in the shower it completely defeats the purpose.
