Yes they are good for you - at the moment anyway. The food police were saying that you shouldn't eat too many - too much fat or something but now I believe they've changed their minds again.

egg yolks are high in cholesterol, so if you have high cholesterol it is recommended that you eat no more than 2 a week. Other than that they are not acually bad for you.
