Thank you Gandolf34, think you could be right with Luxembourg, but I think I will go with Sorento as I have found Seagulls Over Sorento musical.

The BCCI collapsed in Luxembourg but that has alternative spellings for 9 letters. Sorry about Barings, did not read European at heading!

There seems to be two spellings of Luxemburg, not sure what to do now, as I've now got two answers with Luxemburg / Luxembourg and you are right with a bank collapse there, thanks very much for that!
