Zone.com

I have joined Zone.com in order to play 'hearts' which is a favourite of mine, but they cannot download the necessary 'wherewithall'. They say it's something to do with blocking the pop-ups or other. Has anyone else any pointers which would help?

Depending on which anti-virus (AV) program you have installed, you're likely tohave anti-spam and/or anti-pop-up software as well. You can turn that off, generally go to Start, All-programs and look for your AV program such as McAfee, Norton or some such. Click on it to open and then disable the pop-up blocker. Alternatively, when a pop-up is blocked you should get a notice at the tool bar just at the top of your screens just below the address bar saying "Pop-up Blocked, do you wnat to allow pop-ups?" If so, click on that bar and it will allow that one pop-up. This all assumes you have a Windows based operating system... Best of luck!
