I haven't seen the ad and can't find it in the usual places like visit4info, telly ads etc but I went to the Reid Furniture website and there is a slim brunette with longish hair wearing a mauve dress on the home page advertising a sale. If she's the one you are referring to, it's Jane Seymour.
