Getting heat from rads but hot water coming through tepid? its a combi boiler... what could be the problem.. thanks

Then ,when rads and water theirin are cold turn on hot water tap.
The boiler should fire up and keep on as long as hot tap is running.
If boiler fails to fire I suspect the cold water flow detection switch in the boiler is faulty.
It would be difficult to detect a problem with the boiler alight feeding the rads.
