1. Concentrate and study harder at university. Don't leave assignments to the last minute
2. Stop counting calories and stop writing my food diary, as this has turned into an obsession
3. Maintain weight by exercising more and eating healthier to assure my weight never exceeds over 7 stone/98 pounds
4. Eat more fruit and vegetables and drink more water
5. Keep in touch with old friends and plan a reunion with them
6. Make more of an effort with current friends by being more social and not keep turning down nights out
7. Be nicer and more understanding to my boyfriend by not being so self obsessed
8, Start driving lessons over the summer
9. Get a car by the end of the year
10. Save money by not spending all of my student loan on clothes
