Hi, im looking into working with disabled children in peru for my gap year but will i be allowed with a criminal record? i was not charged with anything but am in my final year of a 5 year warning for something silly i did wen i was 14 x

What do you mean by '5 year warning'. There is no legal concept of a warning that I know of
You need to ask the organisation that will employ you. It is they who will have to get you your visa, and they might have their own rules anyway.
If you werent charged then you dont have a criminal record and you dont have to tell anyone. forget it
sorry, forget the warning i meant!
if you are going to be working with children the organisation will probably do an enhanced disclosure which might show up any police warnings etc. best to tell them. They will be more sympathetic as it happened when you were young. I shouldn't think it would necessarily bar you from working with them.
