mine went off during corrie and it is still saying 'no satellite signal is being recieved'!!!! i'm gonna put a dvdvd on now ....

Hi Dot i used to get that a lot when i had sky. Think it's something to do with the weather. Is it snowing there ??

Hiya dot. Not being patronizing but have you tried switching on and then off? I find this works for me on the rare occasion it plays up!

yes i have beads, i think i know how to do that, do you unplig it and count to 30 and then plug it back in?

my son's just come in and his sky plus upstairs is working ok : ( so why am i not getting a signal??? grrrrrrrr

hey I tried switching it off at the plug for a bit and it's come back on!!!! I was only switching it off on the box!!! well done beads!!

We had a real problem with Sky reception a few weeks ago, the screen kept breaking up into little squares and freezing. We got the Sky people round and they replaced the LNB said it was knackered, since then it has been ok.

lol yes it probably is, my son used it today whilst i have been at work and he must have had to unplug the sky to use the scart!!!
