The VPL refers to what's seen from behind (the outline of the knickers) - enter G Strings and French Knickers. Some men find this quite attractive and a woman's reaction if told her VPL could be seen might be 'well it shows I'm not commando'

The Camel's Toe (or hoof) is where the knickers are pulled up too high or the jeans/trousers are digging in to the crotch, allowing the 'skin' to bulge down either side......horrible!!!!
