That was a nice thing you wrote for Slooow_Jo Knobby. I know we don't want it all miserable on AB, but you see how strangers rally round when someone's genuinely upset about something? Makes the rubbish seem totally immaterial.

Icy I can assure you I was sitting here a while ago with tears rolling down my cheeks. I may tell a few porkies about my birthday, tounge in cheek of course but I do not lie about things on here unless they are said tounge in cheek.
Or it there is an absolute neccesity for me to do so.

Well - at least you said happy birthday on mine - which was genuinely on the 29th! Very apt...now I'm an ancient 29 year old!!! That's it now - I don't want to think about any more!

Oh bless!!!! Who gives a damn about age really? We can't turn the clocks back, however much we might moan. I hope I grow old more disgracefully by the year. When I'm 90, I want to charge around in my electric scooter, shouting at people to move out of my way! Hell, what a miserable country this is - let's all be b@ggers and start to laugh again!
