Was watching an old episode of star trek earlier.

Dont know if any of you remember it but it was the one where captain pickard got nearly taken over by the borg.

He turned almost into one of them but as usuall the bad guys got it in the end and the brave captain survived.


One things puzzling me though about halfway through the episode good old spocky turned round and said the captain has got a borg tag.
Does anybody know what a borg tag is. Cause I am b@ggered if I do.

I haven't seen that one for ages but didn;t he nearly get fully assimilated but was then able to use his "inside" knowledge to defeat them. He had parts of Borg already on him, like the thing by the eye that looks like a bluetooth device so I suppose thats what the Borg Tag is.

I was a bit shocked by the spock thing but maybe he means Reiker or someone?

or could it have been the use of 'tag' in the naming sense ... so his tag would have been locutus, which was his borg designation
