I've just finished off another box of chrissie choks, I've promised myself after squeezing into my size 12, to go on a diet,does anyone have a fast healthy way of losing weight ?

So I will be starting a healthy eating plan.
For brekkie I will have fruit salad,
For lunch, will will have either soup or salad,
But for my main meal, I will have what everyone else is having, but on a smaller scale and maybe cooked more heathily!

First I would recommend Green Tea antioxident capsules (from Tesco) -they are a wonderful supplement.
Drink copious amounts of water -alwats have a 500ml bottle with you and try to have at least 6 bottles a day (obviously refilling)
Special K and skimmed milk
As much fruit as you want at any time of the day
Chicken or perhaps a stirfry.
No alcohol.
After a few weeks of this I must have dropped at least a couple of stone -I still maintain it because I have to eat so this is the best way for me to get the nutrition I need (the weight loss was needed tho but not in those circumstances0.
Its amazing how easy you slip into it -its easy.
I have unopened boxes of chocolates in cupboards and wouldnt thank you for them.
O I sometimes have a bag of twiglets at night.
Even if you can follow this for a couple of weeks you will be amazed.(and no its not all fluid youre losing)
