when i am trying to print a photo
i get a fax page showing
telling me to senda fax
i do not send faxes
your help please

GO TO CONTROL PANEL>>>PRINTER AND FAXES and put tick in beside your printer name this will be your default printer fax should not come up.

Henrys.... what device are you trying to send your picture to ? Have you installed your printer ? If you have no printers showing then you will need to *ADD* a printer. I don't have a printer on this laptop and my *default* setting is a fax too !

If nothing is showing in Printers & Faxes, is your printer switched on and plugged in ?

Open your Printers and Faxes, right-click on your printer and left-click on "Set as Default Printer"
