can someone tell me, if there is software out there that will allow me to transfer my pictures from my mobile to my pc?

not sure about specific phon, but you can usually get a lead and cd from a phone shop.

I just bluetoothed my pics to the pc when i had the D500, time consuming i know

how do you do that.... blue toothing to the machine?

there is usualy a cable supplied with the phone, if so plug cable into pc and attatch phone. intructions to continue should appear on screen. if cable was not supplied then blue toothin is an option you connect you mobile phone to a computer with the Bluetooth adapter so that you phone can be synchronised with the data on your computer and also so that files can be stored on the computer. this sometimes works sorry if it doesn't !!
