However, most drivers I see in the outside lane seem to think that the answer is either
(a) continuously driving, at 69mph, to ensure that nobody else can overtake them and therefore break the speed limit ; or
(b) driving 1 foot behind the bumper of the guy who answered 'a', while using one hand to flash the headlights of the car and the other to make bi-digital (or mono-digital) hand signals to the driver in front.
