Everybody Has a Book in them.
11 Answers
They say (whoever 'they' are exactly) that everybody has a book in them. That is, we are all gifted with either the imagination, statistical facts, or homespun memory that could equate to actually writing a book.
I have previously attempted to write a two-parter
1) Women: Know your Limits
2) Women: For Pity's Sake, Do Not Drive.
But they never went anywhere.
However, as an advocate of medieval torture, of which I strongly believe should be reconsidered as a comtempory punishment (except for witches), I feel I have a "Saw" style book in me.
What, if the pages were whitewashed, would your genre be?
And have you ever actually considered writing it?

Hello wardy, don't know about a book, but I am writing my memoirs, don't laugh you lot, but I have known very funny characters, and mates that are inside for various things, also I grew up in a slum, and have also been a football scout and worked for dozens of famous people, probably onlty be me that reads it, but I am doing it so future family know a bit about where they are from.
I've written two novels, both in the teen/young adult fiction genre. I've just embarked upon a third (second, really, because the first wasn't very good), and I have a fourth in waiting.
Sadly none of them have been published yet.
I really can't agree with Quizmonster. Getting the book that's within out there onto the page is a wonderful way of working out your demons and gives you a great sense of achievement, even if the end result is unpublishable.
