Just wondering why Nicole and Tom Cruise (when they were married) adopted children. I though it was cos one or t'other coudn't have kids but now Nicoles pregnant obviously not.

She had two miscarriages (allegedly - according to Nic in a recent interview) - one after they were first married, then one just before they split up. But what the truth is, who knows. I think I was as surprised as everyone when Katie Holmes got pregnant - and the baby actually looks like Cruise. So maybe the rumours about him (and the convenience of his marriage to Kidman) are untrue...

I'm not offering this as an explanation, nor am i agreeing with the story, nor asking you to believe it. I simply offer it as you've mentioned tom's ability to have kids, and I read it earlier. this is public domain information, and anyway I'm not reproducing it here, and I think that points 2 and 3 are scurrilous and untrue.
