buffering on u tube

hi, any idea what I can do to stop you tube videos and music from playing for 10 seconds then pausing for 5 seconds then play again, then pause etc etc? I think it must be buffering, but some times it plays o.k.

it's the speed of your connection.

You have 2 options -
1. beef up your broadband connection
2. when you choose a video, pause it and let it download.
