Cravings

Why do we get cravings ? I've just had a terrible craving for a large single malt whisky (something like Highland Park or Glenlivet for example)....

What sort of cravings do you get ? (hehe, I bet crisps, nuts and chocolate will appear down the line).

Im eating corn on the cob just because I see it being cooked on TV! But then me and my cravings probably dont count as Im 7 months pregnant so pretty much expected to get them ;)

Peanut butter and marmite mixed together on toast. loved it when pregnant and still do .. yum yum

Last summer I was addicted to mangoes. I ate one every evening for a couple of months. Sick of the sight of them now!

Thats wierd you should ask that, I just had a craving there! I only ever drink water or diluting juice, never fizzy but then I had a huge craving for one out of the blue.
So I am sitting here with a big glass of coca cola =]
