Song Title?

There's a video/song I keep seeing/hearing at the gym, but being blind without my glasses, I can never see the name of the group/song when it pops up on screen. The group name looks like something like 'Testro' or 'Tresco' and the singer sounds a bit like Morten Harket of a-ha. I don't know any of the words, but there's one line that goes 'i will be here'.

Not much to go on, but any ideas/suggestions welcome!
