I'm a bit stuck ! Have gathered that the clues refer to peaks in Wales but am stuck on one clue
30 D Old rascal will wander up and lounge around (7)

I can't work this out ..unless my across answers are wrong ?

I had it as LORRELL.
Sorry, should have explained:

Err = to wander; up makes it RRE

Loll = to lounge

LOLL around RRE gives LORRELL, a good for nothing fellow (obsolete from Chaucer, I think) which is close enought to scoundrel for me! I really MUST get hold of a copy of Chambers....
