trying to remember the film that this funny saying comes from . (Sticks and Stones may brake my bones ) That why I run away ! ). thank you for help

Sorry, don't know the film - it's a very old saying.

I never understood it, it's not true at all........ at least, not to a child.

I think it was just away of shutting the teaser up .IE call me any thing you like but I dont care
No doubt "Sticks and stones may break my bones" Has been "quoted" in many a film. But for sure it was "Quoted" By Lina Lamont, played by Jean Hagen in the 1952 film. 'Singin' in the Rain.'
As for (That why I run away) Sorry, can't help you.
