Anyone noticed the latest vogue (used a lot by Gordon Ramsay) of looking just past the camera when they are given a talk to camera.

Its bloody annoying -anyone else notice this and does it bug you?

It must be a chef thing, because Jamie Oliver was doing it on his Christmas show.I just found it funny!

Thats right -I knew I had seen someone else doing it -yeah its just irritating to me cos they obviously dont realise how stupid they look -but on reflection I should really laugh at them and will do from now on -lol

They may not be comfortable talking into the lens of a camera, so may well be talking to the director/producer/researcher or whoever else is stood nearby.

It's just a trend thing, talking into one camera whilst another one films you. It IS annoying, but hopefully the trend will soon end.
