Can parents of primary school and secondary school children inform me of what exactly their children do in PE or PT.

I need

Hours spent actually doing exercise (not shower time etc)
Choice available for their PT
Hours spent on nutrition and physiology.

Of actual scvhool time my 6 year old (year 2) spends 4 hous a week doing PE. HE plays hockey, dodgeball (for kids), aerobics, other dance focused activities, gymnastics, football, soft tennis, cricket, circuit training, cricket and the list goes on and on. He also plays rugby but thats out of school hours.
oh and swimming is an extra hour as well.
minter interested in kids? shudder!
