You go to bed for 20 minutes.....and you feel like you've had 8 hours.

Now don't get me wrong, I dont want us all to start working longer hours. I have no doubt our bosses/ government would want us to. I'm just suggesting that we have the option to have the "microwave" sleep when we feel like it even though we might not have time (due to partying, online gaming, making hay or messaging peeps on the answerbank.
