What is the name of the lady singing the song "No regrets" (in French) for the specsavers advert ?

It's a mickey take of the late, great Edith Piaf (if I'm being too obvious and you want to know who the jokey version is by, sorry!)

I think it's a shame to abuse her in this way. She was known as the Little Sparrow.

It's totally out of order - whoever allowed it to be used on the advert should be shot. I've been to her grave in Paris a couple of times - she's a legend and deserves better.
