I can't offer an answer, but I can offer my condolences.

Gosh I am so sorry to hear that. There is never a rhyme or reason to these things, but early miscarriages are very common, so rest assured that you did nothing wrong.

My sister lost her baby just one week from his due date, so I know something about the heartache you must be feeling.

Please, please seek some professional counselling, as you don't have to go through this pain alone.
i've had a early miscarraige also.  though i didn't know for very long before i lost her, i definatly offer my sympathy.  for me i believe that since i started on a new birth control before i realized i was pregnant i belive that made me miscarry.  but many factors can apply.  my cousin had multiple miscarraiges and found out that she carried a genetic disease that caused blood clots and such that made it easier to have one.  i haven't been tested yet but i may have that too, since my grandmother was the common carrier between all of us.  but just keep in mind that unless you know of a particular thing that may have contributed to this,  though it is definatly a horrible thing to go through, many times it is because the developemental process has not begun correctly, or in other words something is wrong.  your body senses when somethings not going right with it and stops it from continuing.   in early, or first trimester, pregnancies this is very often the case.  so stay strong and remember you cannot control nature, and sometimes we have to trust that our bodies naturally know what their doing.  my condolences also.

I'm so sorry, that must be a really awful experience for you, my sister in law lost her baby when she was 16 weeks pregnant and it was so sad.

She eventually  give birth to a lovely boy  a year after and had no troubles so don't give up.

If you want more specific answers to  your question why not go and talk to your g.p, it might also be good for you to speak about your experience and the emotions your feeling with them or a councellor.

hope everything works out for you. xx

Just want to add my condolences to you too love.  my friend lost her baby at 20wks due to a bad car crash (someone wrecklessly driving smashed into her car).

She had a few problems conceiving at first but 18mths later she was pregnant and had a gorgous daughter who is now 7yrs and a son who is 5yrs.

My sis-in-law also had a miscarriage at the same time as yourself and went on to have 2 lovely boys - the first pregnancy being just a year later.

And another friend had 6 in total ... with 3 healthy children in between the miscarriages.

It is very very tragic but it is nature's way of dealing with a very serious problem.  you did not do anything wrong and you WILL go on to have beautiful children.

Be strong and certainly try counselling .. it is very natural to mourn this loss.

Lots of love to you.  xxx

Pyramid, there are so many different reasons for losing a baby and all of them seem so unfair.I've never been pregnant so I can't imagine what you are going through. My mum lost a her second baby after carrying it full term. She said she had always planned to have two children and if that baby had lived she wouldn't have had anymore. However given that she lost the baby she decided to try again. The result was me.If the second baby had lived I wouldnt be here and my mum assures me that she wouldnt change me for the world!!Sometimes its very hard to see the bigger picture in life.I hope you get happiness again in the future.

The doctors say that if you lose a baby early it's normally because there was a genetic problem and there is nothing you can do to prevent it. It's really horrible when you hear of it happening at 12 weeks or after because you're always told you're safe then but obviously that is not always the case. Take care pyramid and I hope the future holds more happiness for you.
Maybe because she was too young and she just couldnt take the pain. Or maybe GOD just wanted him to come back home with him. I'm sorry to hear about your baby. Try Again. Talk to the doctor about that. GOD Bless you. Best of wishes Super*22! (:
