Yes, tokenism. My organisation has a number of screensavers. On every single one the person featured is ' ethnic minority '. I don't mind, it's not offensive, but I do now think that to be White in Britain is a disadvantage. Mind you, the universities will leap ahead with all the new black talent. Look at the track record. Britain will once again lead the world. But in what ?
