Yep. Saxy_jag is correct; (it's the Op.10, No. 3 in fact - I mention this because Chopin wrote loads and loads of studies (�tudes)).

It's also known under two popular names: So Deep is the Night (a popular song in the 1940s set to this tune), and Tristesse.

I'm surprised no-one's commented about the content of the ad, which unusually for cynical old me, I find quite charming. The man's expressions are totally believable, and the action and music have been edited together really rather beautifully.
