All I need is one ABer who, like me, thought he died twenty or so years ago.

I can not be alone in this notion, surely?

Just learnt he is alive and well and 92 years old living on the Isle of Mann. There is a show about him tonight.

when i saw the advert for this program i had to google to make sure it wasnt a repeat as i also thought he died years ago!!!

And 3 of us now ! I caught a glimpse of an old NW film on Sunday, where he doubles as a Nazi officer, and I had thought he was dead too.

Norman recently appeared in a short film called "Expresso" for Macmillan Cancer Support

I too thought he was dead.
Only last weekend I was watching a couple of his old films!!
He really made me laugh!!

I knew he was still alive, what I didn't realise is that he is the grand old age of 92, are you sure?

Not exactly well, poor old Norman has advanced Alzeheimers disease.

It was in the news within the last month that he had made a short film.

He's been in the news regularly over the years for various reasons - mainly his charity work and his ill health.

I've loved Norman Wisdom ever since I was a little girl & knew he was still alive.

He really cracks me up & I can't wait to watch the programme tonight.

Norman no longer lives on the Isle of Man he is in a home for variety artists The papers did do an article about his family selling his cars and his home and keeping people from seeing him it was told by his retired aide and secretary, dont know if its true or not.

Norman Wisdom is in Abbottswood Nursing Home in Ballasalla on the Isle of Man

I read that article, Garner. It left me feeling very sad for days. I've always loved Norman Wisdom, and can't bear the thought of him living his days out in a care home.
