Quick help- chicory

I've just bought some chicory to have with my lamb chops, never cooked it before, can I steam it with the rest of my veg.

Yes.

Cut in half length ways and test its fairly soft when done.

Can also braise, grill, gratin, or serve raw.....

for best results drain a tin of baked beans and boil it in the delicious sauce
