1 Answers
Has anyone else had a problem with excess bone on the back of the heel? Does it need an operation to remove it? I can't wear shoes with backs in them anymore.

I bought some heel lifts (just half inch wedges) to relieve the pressure on my achilles tendon) and my podiatrist is aiming for a conservative treatment - definitely no surgery involved !
