1994 Corsa 1.4 SRI 8v Overheating
I'm having problems with my Corsa overheating.
Just had head gasket repaired but have been unable to identify root cause of problem as car is still overheating.
Have reverse flushed radiator, replaced radiator switch and confirmed fan is operational. Radiator and hoses remain cool to touch even though temperature gauge is reading 100 degrees and fan does not cut in.
Heater inside car is working fine.
Is it possible that the Thermostat has jammed closed and that coolant is not circulating around the radiator or is there a fault with the water pump?

I went for the easy option first and checked for air lock. I bled the system via the temperature sender in the inlet manifold but there was no air in the system.
Then checked water pump which was functioning fine.
Finally, replaced the thermostat with a genuine VX spare and that done the trick.
Thanks again.
