copying videos from camcorder to computer
6 Answers
I really need some help. I have the Panasonic VDRD100EB camcorder which takes dvds. I have recorded onto the dvd and now want to transfer it to my computer so that I can burn it onto a normal dvd and reuse the camcorder dvd. I've tried linking the camcorder to computer through usb but that doesn't work. Please can someone help!!!

With Nero, for instance,i would imagine that you just put the camcorder DVD in the drive, choose Copy DVD., set the source and destination drives to be the same, then follow the on screen instructions.
I'm surprised your camera didn't come with instructions and/or software for burning normal DVDs

Hi Rojash I just looked at the manuals etc on the panasonic site but for my model it says that it does not come with software and something about checking that 3rd party software is compatible but thats it. I cant believe they didn't put any software in, or a usb!! I suppose because it gets finalised in the camcorder and then played straight onto dvd they thought it wasnt needed.
