if you are paid weekly you dont care about this,
so for people on monthly pay, i bet your employer isnt paying you for the extra (29th february) day this year,
they will probably say it comes into the overall 4 year calculation,
try tellling that to someone on weekly pay , oh by the way the last friday of february doesnt count so you are getting four days pay that week,
suggestion to all salaried staff... divide your annual salary by 365 and demand the extra!!!!

I thought this was the pay back day for employers - it's at least equal to (if not less than) all the extra time you've clawed from them over the last four years by being late in, or late back from lunch or leaving early, or spending half an hour on the phone to your mate, or surfing the internet for a holiday.................................................
