If scotland has its own parliment why cant it have its on tax system and become totaly independant and stop sponging of the south of england and stand on it own two feet, because i for one would rather see my council tax stay in the south of england why should ssome of the percentage go to them they want independence well bloody give them it and the south will save a fortune

I am an engish /irish/italian american now in uk.....and i am siding with the scots on this one. i wont have someone in bloody watford making statements on my behalf...i live as far south as one can in this country-and i have NEVER heard of ANY resentment towards the scots..maybe itis a london thing??

scorpious, i agree 100% i'm not happy with this labour government.
Everything i've said tonight has just been for a laugh. I'm scottish and proud of it. But my father was born in Bolton Lancashire so i'm half English. Just wish we could all get on :(((

BTW -I habe ace Ennlish cousins -we are sooo close and even they cant understand why some factions of the English people have such a dislike for the Scottish people -know what they call them -they are learned BTW -just in case you thought they were schemers lol -one works for BBC and the other as she has dual American /British citizenship works in the Oval office -no sh!t -anyway they think people who complain and blame others are a total waste of time and i'm inclined to agree.
