hello steg. a man has just been to look at my house and told me he is putting an offer in for it tomorrow, how long will it be before these people will stop sending potential buyers if the offer is accepeted and who is it up to to accept the offer? do i have a say or is it the estate agent?

Dot it is youre decision whether to accept a buyers offer, but the estate agent will give their advice. If you accept an offer they will not send any other viewers as the property will be marked as 'Under Offer'. Well, I suppose thats up here in Scotland dunno if England is different? I think things are a bit easier here on the property market as far as law.
