You don't I'm afraid. Once posted they're here for good, unless they are abusive or become abusive then the powers that be remove 'em.

the only other thing you can do is create a new profile

You can always ask other members to report them as abusive and hope that AB remove them...

lol, Ive been a member just 2 months and have about 40 threads, thats mad some of you must have hundreds if not thousands, wow. maybe its an issue that needs looking into.
