Unhealthy -but good -no raisins tho -yeuch.
Very unhealthy on a bar or in a restaurant as you dont know where the other peoples fingers have been who are dipping in to it along with you -major yeuch.
I would have thought it was as healthy as a packet of crisps ! As Jack says, the ingredients are (mostly) deep fried, so eat in moderation! Mind you, I do love the stuff (especially the properly spiced ones, not the *tame* varieties......)
