this I believe is a photo of a modern tribute band. The subject of their justified homage also a close harmony -jump jive and western swing trio.Very popular in the 40's and early 50's.the first name of one of the 40's singers is the same as that of this modern group. it is also the first name of super r&b, shouter of the same time whose surname was the same as that of one of the Dr. Whos'(the bug - eyed one!) hope it helps !!
