posts list then they do not appear on the site? has anyone else noticed this? surely if the posts have appeared on the recent post list then they have been accepted for approval then why do they disappear?and not appear in the relevant sections?

its the first topic over on the left. If you have a spam filter then it wont show on your screen.

And we have answered the main question. I only suggested you ask the techies because you dont seem to understand our replies and i thought theyd help further.

itll have been posted just before the thread was pulled! There is no 'allowing it' and then pulling it. The thread or the original poster would have been banned or deleted or take off for review.

what about it? are you asking if its right that some threads get pulled now? Yes of course it is, the website is owned by Crystal guides and they can delete whatever they want.

so would you prefer a delay in posts so that each and every post can be read and checked before being submitted to the site?
Of course, the AB office isnt always working in eves or weekends so posts wouldnt be checked til they return.

And if anyone needed an urgent answer on a Thursday eve, their post wouldnt be seen on here until a Friday, then theyd have to hope it was seen and replied to asap so that they didnt have to wait until sometime monday for a reply.

sort of destroys the idea of the site, a place to get answers.

All threads and posts are allowed, if offensive and the Ed spots them they get pulled. Failing that the readers get the opportunity to report the posts and or threads and these get withdrawn for checking by the Ed. The ed then makes the decision to ban them or reinstate them. Its a good setup really
