Some tilt and turn windows have a hole for an alan key on the pin which the bottom hinge sits on. It may be down inside a plastic cover which you have to slide off. Adjust the window in or out by turning this screw. As for your door, look for alan key headed adjusters on the cams which slide into 'keepers when the door is locked, and turn so the door pulls tighter against seals. If the door frame has been fitted out of true, you are snookered cos it won't pull in enough. Hope this helps.
