Well she may not actually be on the game, but by all accounts she has been videoed smoking a crack pipe. In my advanced knowledge of drug abuse (ALL users should die, end of) I can not help but like the girl.

I like her style and her music is fantastic which, coming from not a great fan of female music, is some accolade.

Also when she is not photographed p!ssed as a newt with the obligatory rock and roll cigarette hanging like a smokey cancer stick from her moody mouth, I find her mildly attractive.

Also I have seen her in interview whereby her chavesque mockney London accent is actually not that bad.

Compare her to Pete Doherty who should have been exterminated in the womb, I find myself in a crisis of opinion.

To ask a very short question after deliberate waffle and fact based observation,

Do you like Amy Winehouse?

you can't just say death to all druggies(especially when you make exceptions for people you wish you were as cool as)

why shud you hate something so much that you know so little about. is it because they say it is bad and disgusting and that they are going to steal your babies away and sell them for crack.@#%$ what they say, it only effects the abuser and their family.

Yeaa i like her , she's a cool girl with a great voice. she aint no hendrix or anything and i think people are as seduced by the London party scene as they are by her voice.

Her accent isn't mockney either, she is just a strung out north london girl .she is just one of the people that made it and for every amy there are hundreds more exactly the same and some better.

As I said I didn't want an argument about drugs, that is not my point. But alas, your ignorance has astounded me.

But before we get in to that may I say I am from the same part of London as Ms. Winehouse, and I can assure you nobody on my road speaks with the amy twang!!!!

Secondly, where preytell have I said I would like to be as cool as Ms Winehouse. Forgive my intolerance of modern youth, but I really do not aim to be her nor consider her cool. If saying "I like her style" means I want to emulate her, then I am afraid young Kobi you have miscontrued my statement.

Drugs. You have said "It only effects the abuser and the family".

Now with such a statement, I have redecided not to enter a drugs debate afterall. I really can not communicate with such a silly, ill-informed attitude.

But just to keep you occupied why don't you find out how many street robberies, burglaries and shopliftings are affiliated to drugs, When you have this percentage, I will bet my house you will retract the aforementioned statement.

i can tell from your comments that you have never had any real experience of drugs other than what you have either read or heard. someone of your formative years should really know better before making such assertive yet empty statements.

Drugs are BAD.wow.i'm hoping that the majority of people are already aware of that so we can expand the already exhausted conversation beyond pop sociology and dull pub talk.

Her drug abuse is her own personal battle and nothing to do with you or anyone else . if you are going to start talking about the whole drugs chain thing then i think you just started a discussion about drugs not Amy.

I also live in that part of north london and i assure you her accent is completley normal. not meaning to be as presumptuous as you were but i think its a generational thing. many people her age in her social network speak in exactly the same way.
