Can I connect Freeview to my digital DVD recorder?

I have recently bought a digital DVD recorder which is great, just a shame I can't record one channel while watching another. I have an old Freeview box - can I connect this to my recorder so that I can watch one channel and tape another? I don't know much about technology so if anyone knows if/how I can do this please let me know!! I also have a VCR connected. Many thanks.

Don't see why not. Connect the freeview box to the video recorder and the tv - then you can record one channel on the dvd recorder and another on the video recorder.
