This might not be the answer you're looking for, but I'm fortunate to have no debt aside from the mortgage.

Just my mortgage. I don't have a credit card or any store cards.
Overdraft/credit cards about 5000
Student Loan 12000
No Mortgage yet as only finished uni last june and want to travel and pay off other debts first
I'm the same as luckystrike, i have a mortgage but that's it. I do have a credit card, but I only use it for online purchases for the protection element, and pay it off every month so have never paid any interest.

My car and student loan are paid off, don't have an overdraft, if I buy from catalogues I pay it with my debit card
Stats here but they include mortgage

Debt free wannaabee members who are trying to get out of debt trade hints & tips and at the bottom tell you how much debt they are or were in on the posting boards - not for the feint hearted - some owe loads!
no debt. all paid up. i use credit card but pay it every month. just use as much credit as you can without paing them. over the years the amount of credit time saved and interest is huge. it is useful not to buy and waste especially food. i used to visit a friend regularly and she always binned food coming up to sell by or actually would you believe food she bought the previous weekend. she was proud of that one ! and seemed to wait for an audience to do that .however her debts are massive..
4000 credit card 24000 student loan 30000 mortgage

Hope this helps
Totally debt free. Mortgage paid, car bought cash.

I do have credit cards and I use the Tesco card for everything - and pay it off in full each month. Safer than carrying cash, free to use and I get around 250 in vouchers a year, just for using my card.
24, 000 in a student loan!

Bloody hell, I'm starting to be put off by all of these student loan amounts!

(Sorry I didn't answer your question McNoodle! )

Around 16000 student loan (not paying back yet as I don't graduate 'til Summer, and only work part-time while I am studying).

I have a credit card, with a very small limit, but it's paid off in full, and I use it for online purchases and to help me to the end of the month sometimes.

I have a 1500 overdraft which I will pay off in full soon as I graduate and find full time work (not a complete contradiction in terms!).

same as ethel and if you spend your club card points on line on the deals they are worth 4 times the amount
Also same as Ethel and the Clubcard vouchers pay for several nice weekends away throghout the year all sounds a bit smug I suppose but its one advantage of getting older.
i owe the stegess about 5.00 for a pack of smokes
Only a small mortgage, which I'm working to pay off in the next 3 years. When hubby died, I told my son we weren't going to get anything we couldn't pay cash for, and I've stuck to that. In fact, I'm doing quite well now and even got a little nest-egg. It's different when you're younger, though - you'r bound to run up debts, just living!! How anyone manages to buy a house or flat as a first time buyer these days amazes me. I feel sorry for everyone who's got student loans, too. If it's any consolation, it should get easier as you get older.
